There are many different types of party venues suitable for all different types of parties. Certain venues are more suitable for particular types of parties, whereas others can be used for anything. Weddings, birthday’s, hen and stag nights, New Year and Christmas are some of the reasons why people decide to have a party. Below are some of the types of venues that are used for parties.
Nightclubs
Many decide to celebrate in a nightclub, especially those in their late teens and early twenties. It is possible to hire an entire nightclub or a room within a large nightclub for a celebration. The entertainment consists of music being played by a DJ with a dance floor. There will always be a bar serving drinks but food is rarely available. The most common parties held in nightclubs are birthday parties, stag and hen nights and general celebrations.
Restaurants
Celebrations held in restaurants are a much quieter affair than those in nightclubs. Large parties can hire an entire restaurant for an afternoon or evening or an entire section or a restaurant. Food and drinks are served, often with a set menu (depending on the type of restaurant) with two or three choices. Music is not really a factor, unless it is some light background music. They are more suitable where people want to talk rather than dance and listen to music. Birthday parties and reunions are amongst those that may be held in a restaurant.
Hotels
Hotel’s often have rooms for hire for all sorts of purposes. They can be used as partie venues, but also business conference or exhibition venues. The musical entertainment for a party held in a hotel could consist of a DJ or a live band. Food is often part of the celebration, although its form (sit down meal, buffet etc) varies. All sorts of parties can take place in a hotel, and they can be either indoors or in the hotel’s gardens.
Private Clubs
Private clubs are another popular party venue. They can include golf clubs and private members clubs. They are generally seen as more exclusive party venue. Wedding receptions and Christmas parties are amongst those help in such places, with a stag or hen night unlikely. Food is usually included and there might also be a bar. Music varies; it can be just background music or it may be more prominent.
Halls
Large halls are often chosen for parties with a large number of guests. Such parties may include wedding receptions and school discos. There is often a DJ to provide the musical entertainment. Food is not usually the main theme but there is sometimes a buffet. The types of halls used for parties can vary greatly.
Garden Parties
Garden’s can be part of another venue, such as a hall with a conjoining garden, but there are also specific garden parties. Obviously these are more widely used for a summer party than something such as a Christmas or New Year celebration. Wedding receptions and birthday parties are commonly held in such a setting. The style of party held in a garden varies. There may be a DJ or there might be a live band, or even no music at all. They can be very formal or very informal, and whether or not there is food, and the type of food, can also differ.

Worldwide Food Exports Statistics
To some countries the export of food is critical to their economy. This article looks at the amount of food different countries export as a percentage of their total exports based on 2005 statistics.
The small African nation, Burundi, has the highest percentage of food export of all countries with 87% of its export coming from food. The vast majority of this is from Coffee. Another Coffee rich country, Panama, is second in the list (86%) followed by Nicaragua and Kiribati (both 85%).
The majority of the countries that rely heavily on food exports are smaller, and sometimes poorer, countries. Part of the reason is that it is difficult for them to manufacture in other areas so food, which is a natural resource, becomes an integral part of their economies. If they have natural access to food raw materials they are more easily able to take advantage. Smaller countries are also able to focus specifically on one industry. The reason the statistics are not as high for most of Europe and the United States, for example, is that they have so many other manufacturing industries which they export, thus meaning the percentage of food manufacturing is significantly lower. Not all small countries have the natural resources to export food, but those who have are in a position where they have to take advantage of this.
Considering it is the country with the highest food exports in the world, Burundi is obviously top of the list in Africa. This is followed by Malawi with 80% and then there is a big gap to Tanzania, which is at 57%. In South Africa food accounts for only 9% of its exports.
As an average, the region of South America has a high percentage of food exports. The highest individual country is Guyana (62%) followed by Uruguay (55%). Food accounts for 47% of Argentina’s exports but only 26% of Brazil’s.
North America’s food exports are very low, with Mexico only at 5% and the United States and Canada only at 7%. The US in particular, has so many other manufacturing industries that agriculture is not as common. Food export is not necessary for them to survive in the same way as smaller and poorer countries.
The two major countries is Australasia have very different statistics when it comes to food exports. In Australia food accounts for just 17% of exports but it accounts for half of New Zealand’s exports. New Zealand has much more food resource than Australia, and a better climate for growing food, with large parts of Australia barren.
Asia is a growing economy, but this has reduced its reliance on food exports. The increase in other manufacturing industries has meant less people are working as food producers. There is no better example than China, where food accounted for 13% of exports in 1990, but in 200 it was only 3%. Thailand and Pakistan have the largest proportion of food exports in Asia (12%) followed by Indonesia (11%). In India it is 8%.
In Europe, Iceland is most reliant on food export (58%), followed by Georgia (36%). Out of the major economies Spain and France have the highest percentage, with 11% and 6% respectively. It is lower for Italy (6%), the United Kingdom (5%) and Germany (4%). In Russia it is only 1%, but they don’t have the same access to food raw materials. On average Europe is lower in food exports than most of the world with much imported from other regions such as Africa, Asia and South America.

Business Hosting Factors
There are many types of business web hosting packages available. The type required depends on the needs of an individual business, something that can vary greatly from business to business.
As with non-business websites what is required largely comes down to the content of the website. Multimedia files such as video and audio require more bandwidth than simple, static websites. The size of the site is also a factor; the more pages there are the more bandwidth that is required, and this could alter the hosting package that is needed.
Whether or not a website is an e-commerce site is also an issue. Some businesses want to sell products through their websites, whereas others want to use it purely as a marketing tool where potential customers can find more information on their products or services. This all effects the type hosting that is necessary. If it is an e-commerce site a hosting package that enables this must be purchased. Two of the things that need to be thought about here are that it must be possible for visitors to be able to make payments, and security needs to be high, both on behalf of customers and the business itself. It is important customers are protected when they enter their payment details, and the business also needs to be protected from fraud.
An important factor in a business hosting decision is how much control a business wants over their hosting. Some will want control whereas other will want everything handled for them. Some businesses will even want to manage all of their hosting in-house. The advantage of this is having complete control but it could require employing a specialist team in charge of hosting. Outsourcing it will costs more initially but could be more cost effective, with experts handling it and nobody needing to be employed to do the job.
Support is possible the major issue. 24/7 support is available through many hosting companies, but it does cost extra. It is a feature that is useful to many businesses, as unlike a personal website, income will be lost if the website is down. Problems, therefore, may need fixing immediately. A decision needs to be made as to whether the extra cost is paid or the risk is taken.
Free hosting is something that is commonly available, but not something that should be recommended for business hosting. These packages have many limitations and are unlikely to be able to support a business website. One of the problems is that often customers cannot choose their own domain name, with them only able to choose an extension at the end of the web hosts own domain name. This seems unprofessional as really a business should have their business name in the domain name. Free hosting also usually requires carrying unrelated adverts on a website (with no income from it) as this is how these hosts make their money.

Many web hosting providers now offer unlimited web hosting packages. But what exactly is unlimited hosting, and is it possible for it to be completely
Many web hosting providers now offer unlimited web hosting packages. But what exactly is unlimited hosting, and is it possible for it to be completely unlimited?
The answer to whether it can be completely unlimited is no. It is not actually unlimited but the term is used to describe a package that is effectively beyond any reasonable limits. The vast majority of website will not get near the limits for bandwidth, email accounts, sub-domain names, or anything else included. So it is not unlimited, but does reach the limits of what customers are likely to require. These packages may give the impression that there are no limits at all, but that is simply impossible.
So are customers being fooled? Well, not really. In most cases they are getting everything that they would expect, so it isn’t really a problem that the ‘unlimited package’ is limited. Of course, some would argue that they shouldn’t be calling it something it isn’t regardless of whether or not it will make a difference.
Even if you expect an unlimited package to include all your requirements (as it will for most websites) you shouldn’t just assume that this is the case. Especially if you require high bandwidth, for example, you need to make sure you are getting what you need because you never know. It is always wise to double check all the limits, and if the hosting company insist it is unlimited, you should insist they clarify what ‘unlimited’ really means. You don’t want to get caught short. If it doesn’t meet your needs they may be able to extend the terms (assuming they have the capabilities to do so) as they had stated it was unlimited.
There are benefits for web hosts claiming they are providing unlimited hosting. It sounds good to customers, who feel that they don’t need to worry about reaching any limitations (and in reality they probably don’t need to worry). It means customers won’t think they need to start looking too deeply into exactly what they need and which packages provide this, and this all makes it easier. A package advertised as unlimited catches the attention of potential customers.
Assuming customers don’t near the limits, the main advantage for them is that there is the scope for using more of the variables that go towards hosting. So, should they suddenly require more bandwidth than before they won’t need to worry about upgrading to another package.
The price of unlimited hosting is usually more than the most basic packages but not exceedingly high. They are not as much as the most advances packages. Providers know that most customers will not take full advantages of everything on offer so they can afford to keep prices relatively low. If unlimited hosting is all they offer, then they are taking away the cheapest and most expensive packages, and all customers are paying something in between.

Choosing the right VoIP Service
More people are choosing to switch to VoIP all the time. But choosing the right provider is not an easy choice. You need to choose the one that best suits your needs.
VoIP is well known for being cheaper than telephone services. If the only reason you are switching to VoIP is that you want the cheapest ways of making calls that is possible then you shouldn’t have a problem finding a suitable provider. Some providers even offer free calls between two computers and you can’t get cheaper than that. Using a computer to call a phone can also be very cheap. If nothing else matters to you except for price them you will not have a problem.
For many though, the quality of the service is just as important, if not more so. Call quality, support and other features such as an answer phone can be important. You need to consider which of these are important to you, and how important they are compared to the price. You need to figure out how much you are willing to pay for the exact services you want, or whether they would be nice but you could do without them if the price is right. Call quality is probably the most important thing, so to most the balance between call quality and price is the key.
If you will be using VoIP purely for personal use then the price is probably likely to be the reason you choose a particular provider. This is, after all, probably the reason you are switching to VoIP. Extra features are unlikely to be important. You will want to be able to hear the person on the other line, and you will want them to be able to hear you, but other than that price may be what determined which service you choose.
More business are turning to Business VoIP. As previously mentioned, VoIP calls are normally cheaper than telephone calls, and the quality of VoIP is improving so it is adequate for business use. With a quality provider you can’t tell that the person on the other end of the line is using VoIP, something that wasn’t always the case. Features such as call forwarding and answer phones are now commonly available with business VoIP providers. Call quality is much more important than VoIP for personal use. If your Mother can’t hear you one time when you call her, I’m sure she’ll forgive you, but if a potential new client can’t, and it’s due to the poor quality of your phone or VoIP system, they are likely to go elsewhere. It just seems unprofessional if people are unable to communicate with you properly. For business, you may need several lines on the same VoIP network so you can call internally and pass callers to another person. For personal use price is probably the most important thing but with a business VoIP service the quality of the service and calls are probably more of a priority. You still want a good price and want it to be cheaper than the telephone service you are replacing it with, but it is not the determining factor.

Affects of Unethical PAT Testing
Within the PAT testing industry there have been suggestions that some have been selling extremely cheap PAT testing services. The reason why they are allegedly able to do this is because they are not actually testing items, but rather putting pass stickers straight onto them. If this is true, they are able to perform the job much quicker, and therefore charge clients a much lower rate. PAT Testing Companies often charge a certain price to test a set number of appliances. Carrying out genuine tests on every item takes time, but if this is not happening and stickers are simply being placed onto items this is obviously less time consuming. If this is indeed happening, there are many problematic knock on effects.
For obvious reasons some clients are more likely to user cheaper PAT testing companies. For one they may not know the difference in the quality of the service they are receiving. If you think you are getting the same service for less, you are going to go with the cheaper option every time. If there are companies who are aware that their appliances are not being tested properly many will not use them as it is unethical, and potentially dangerous. Some though, still will as they are saving money. Not just on the PAT tests either, but they won’t have to fix or replace items that have failed.
If this is happening, and the more it happens, the bigger effect it will have on the PAT testing industry. It will bring down the price, not only for companies who operate in this way but also those who don’t, as they will struggle to compete otherwise. Like any industry, if some companies’ prices fall then others will have to follow suit to be able to complete. This could result in some companies struggling to survive.
The potential wider problems would be that other companies could end up resorting to the same practices. They would be forced to testing the same number of items for the same price as their competitors and therefore may be unable to continue testing properly. The professionalism of the entire industry could go downhill.
It should be remembered that there is no evidence that such practices are taking place, but if they are it could spell major problems in terms of both safety and the PAT testing industry. If items are not tested the inevitable result will be that unsafe appliances will be in use, which poses a health and safety risk. And if prices are coming down because of such practices PAT testing companies may fail and people will lose they jobs. It would affect both those who work within the industry as well as the wider public.

Why those accused of crimes should be entitled to Solicitors
Some people have issues with criminal solicitors, and can’t see how solicitors can attempt to help those who may be criminals. They state that possible criminals don’t deserve the assistance of solicitors. This piece will look at the reasons why some have these believes, and why ultimately everyone should be given legal representation when in such as situation.
Reasons why some believe those charged with a criminal offense should not receive legal assistance
The main problem people have with legal representation is that genuine criminals may be found not guilty - that criminals might get away with a crime because they received good legal representations. People may have particular issues because the state pay for some of these solicitors, for example for those who can’t afford to pay themselves.
It is possible that solicitors will find loopholes in the law that may help their client to be acquitted. They know the law inside out so if there is something that can be used to help their client they may use it and some get away with crimes on a technicality.
Criminal solicitors can help their clients by representing the situation to give a certain impression. Part of a decision of a jury is based on the perception they have of an incident and the people involved. This is something that defendants may struggle with themselves, but with which an experienced solicitor can help them.
Reasons why everyone should be entitled to legal representation
Before a criminal law case begins no-one can be completely sure if someone is innocent or guilty. Thousands of innocent people are charged with a criminal offence every year and the chances of them being convicted would be much higher without legal representation. This in a nut shell is the reason why everyone is entitled to legal assistance. Nobody wants innocent people in jail, paying for a crime committed by somebody else. If we were accused of a crime we didn’t commit we’d want all the help possible so the truth come forward and we were found innocent. Those without a criminal solicitor have a major disadvantage which isn’t fair on the innocent.
Ultimately a solicitor can only work with the facts. Although there are times when the guilty are judged to be innocent, these are rare. Occurrences can rarely be fabricated so if someone is guilty they will normally be judges as so. Many more innocent people would be found guilty if it wasn’t for criminal solicitors. This is an important right for anyone who has been accused of a criminal offense, whether they are innocent or guilty.
Conclusion
For obvious reasons people have an issue with someone being found innocent who is in fact guilty, and in a few cases this does happen with the assistance of a criminal solicitor. However, it is crucial that those who have done nothing wrong are not convicted. This is something that would happen much more if people were not entitled to legal representation. If the state is attempting to convict someone they will use solicitors, so the defendant should also. The likelihood is that with both sides using lawyers the right outcome will be reached.

Advantages of Automated Trading Systems over Humans
Automated Trading Systems are frequently used to assist financial traders. They operate by looking at a variety of market factors and determining how to trade. They can interpret when the right time to trade is and are generally successful. They have many advantages over individual human traders.
Automated Trading Systems can watch a variety of trading markets, something that just isn’t possible by humans to the same degree. The amount of markets a human can watch is limited as they can’t look at everything and can’t analyse 24/7. Automated system are able to do this therefore meaning users are able to trade within a larger variety of markets.
In many aspects of life humans are sometimes guilty of making emotional decisions that are not actually the best decisions. They may have preferences as to which markets they trade in. This might be based on their own knowledge meaning they are able to interpret some markets more than others. Nobody can be an expert in every potential market. A benefit of using algorithmic trading technology is that they are able to look at such a variety of markets and then trade on the ones which offer the most favourable market conditions. A human may make a decision based on a gut feeling – and this may prove to be their downfall – but this just isn’t a factor with an automated trading system. It will only make a decision on a genuine factor.
As well as watching many different markets, trading systems are also able to take everything into consideration. The human brain can only take on board a certain amount of information and therefore they can’t consider every single factor. A human will try to prioritise with what they deem to be the most important factors but there can be things that they overlook. Automated trading systems are able to look at everything. As well as not looking at everything humans can also be guilty of looking too deeply into things and making decisions based on something that isn’t important. Automated systems will consider everything that is important but nothing that isn’t important. They will take the right things into consideration and base each factor on its likely importance. Human’s might over value or under value things. All humans are prone to error but as automated systems are computerised they won’t miss something important.
Another positive of automated trading systems is that they don’t just help trading professionals buy also those who are not trading experts. It allows those to trade who wouldn’t otherwise be able to. Professional traders, though, are also able to benefit due to the reasons stated above. It will help them by interpreting the right times to trade and the right markets to trade in. Whether an expert professional trader, or a novice, automated trading systems can help people and businesses to trade more successfully.

Contributing Factors towards the Cost of a Divorce
The average cost of a divorce is very difficult to calculate. There is no real definitive answer as to how much a divorce will cost as there are so many contributing factors. These include personal finances, the type of divorce, children, and any assets the ex-couple may share.
The technicalities of the divorce cost around £350; approximately £50 for a divorce petition and £50 for the decree absolute (the legal finalisation of the divorce). So a divorce can be cheap, but there are many other complexities that drive up the costs of many divorces.
One of the major costs is the solicitor’s fees. Whatever the nature of your divorce it is always advisable to hire family law solicitors – if anything just to make sure things run smoothly. The fees can be extremely varied. Some charge more than others and the type of solicitors you will need will depend on your circumstances and the circumstances of your divorce. It is wise to choose a solicitor who has experience of dealing with similar situations as you find yourself in. So whether or not children or property are involved may influence the solicitor you choose are therefore effect the cost. The complexity of you situation will determine the number of hours your solicitor will need to spend on the case and as many solicitors charge by the hour this will be another cost factor. Some divorce solicitors take care of a divorce for a set price, although the price is again determined by your circumstances.
An uncontested divorce is cheaper than a contested one. If both parties agree that a divorce is necessary then it is much easier for them to work together to come to an agreement. It also speeds up the divorce. Whether or not divorce proceedings go to court is an important factor when it comes to costs. It could cost significantly more if you have to go through court and the longer it goes on for the more it will cost. This is partly because the time of the divorce affects the solicitor’s fees. It is therefore in your financial interest for the divorce and related issues to not be decided in a court room. Of course in certain circumstances this may not be avoidable.
How the legal fees are being split between you and your ex-partner are another contributor to how much the divorce will cost you. Some couples agree that one or the other will pay (especially common if one is working and one it not) or that it will be split or each pay their own part. This can, in some situations, be ordered by a court.
Children are not only an emotional issue during a divorce, but also potentially a costly one. Both parents may want custody of children leading to legal battles and driving the cost up. This is a very important issue to many so parents are often willing to spend to make it as sure as possible that they will get custody. Like children, assets such as property can involve disagreements and court battles and therefore drive the costs of the divorce higher.
There are many figures that have been given for the average divorce in the UK. Figures have suggested that the average costs is anywhere between £8,000 and £28,000. Averages include the extreme highs though, so for most people it will not be as high as it seems. Divorces can be relatively cheap but can also be very expensive; it all comes down to the many factors that contribute towards the individual circumstances of those involved.
